i love taking myself out for dinner. im an extrovert, so i truly love spending time with people, but if i don ’t take intentional time with myself i’ll lose track of my own thoughts and creativity. at least once a month i schedule a dinner with just me. i usually bring a book, could be a novel or an art book. i always have my journal on me, so i take the time to reflect on the last month of life. i get to just have a conversation with my own thoughts. i always finish my meal inspired and ready to move forward.
