Absolutely one of my favorite movies and one which I have different feelings about every time I watch it. I think there are very few movies which convey the particular set of emotions and experiences as this film does and I recommend it to everyone.
This may genuinely be THE best film ever. I'm not joking when I say I've made every person in my life watch it and they all loved it.
WARNING: you will cry however the About Time philosophy of living your life will change you.
