Literally just finished doing a flow outside, it’s nice to take at least 30 minutes a day to move slowly with myself. It’s helped my climbing a lot too, I’ve always been sort of flexible— but now I’m way more comfortable and intentional with it. I can only recommend:)

approaching yoga as a self care necessity instead of how society views ”exercise“ as an obligation or way to achieve body image standards has changed my life. Not in drastic ways, but in a meaningful way that I think has spilled over into other spaces like journaling, drawing and being more aware of how I spend my time. I do it at home so it’s free. Taking 75-90 minutes on a weekend just for myself, with no texts to answer or things to do always feels so good. But even a 10 minute stretch session makes me more way aware of my body, releases tension in my neck, back, shoulders, hips, and gives me space to take care of myself. I’m not the most active yogi but I do find it to be really restorative — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’ve also had a sore shoulder lately, in large part due to stress, and yoga has felt incredible to stretch it out and help me move my body in positive ways. It’s a great indoor activity on these days when leaving the house feels unpleasant.

split any bun in half, spread on tartar sauce, fry in a pan, fry an egg on medium heat (i prefer the bottom not so crunchy and the yolk runny) , season with baked veg seasoning + salt&pepper, cheese slice on the still warm bun, egg on the top bun so the yolk can soak in it, lettuce in between and yum:)
