writing anything daily, feelings or thoughts, making lists of things to do or future plans, or just a record of how your day went. literally just write ANYTHING. So much happens in my brain on the daily that pushing it out into a physical form on paper makes me feel like i have some control, shows patterns in my behavior, helps me maintain a healthy mindset, and figure out my emotions when they’re confusing
write about what you did yesterday, plans coming up, thoughts you’re having, theories you’re forming, or even what’s happening around you it really does do wonders
when i have a really good day, i write down the things that made me feel that way.. so when i have a bad day, i can look back and know what i can do to turn that around
