Whether it be the language, pacing and structure, characters, or subject matter, this book is a perfect execution. The final chapters and exchanges between Dr. Frankenstein and the Monster SPEAK to me omg

so full disclosure I’m not done yet but-
I’m about half way through and I’m loving the absurdity of it all. It initially felt really odd to read so much Christian lore that I was unfamiliar with (i genuinely felt too Jewish for this book), but once it kept moving forward, the premise really took hold and i found myself enveloped by the writing!! The prose is immaculate too :)
All in all, a great read (so far!) of surrealist fiction that keeps me on my toes.
