@RANDOM-GAY-NERD I think this is close ish to the color of that sweater, just less saturated! And for media I actually think of this one old X files episode (S3 E7, Pusher) before Devil wears Prada lol (mostly because that episode says the word cerulean way more times)

I'm not sure what colour this is, but the really light blue, bordering on grey and sort of turquoise, that you get just before the sea turns into foam.
