this movie is so insane. i love it throughout the first like 3/4 of the movie, i was just so confused and repulsed by wtf i was watching. yet i was mesmerized and now that i’ve finished it, i can only say how amazing it is. i really enjoyed it. it’s so strange and bizarre but such a good story.

didnt know anything about the movie before i started watching it, its been two months and i cant stop thinking about it, it was so cool and weird and i suck at describing movies but go watch it rn.

the substance is beautiful

i’ve seen this movie twice now, and although some scenes are awfully hard to watch, the camerawork and symbolism is amazing. it’s masterfully written with both high intensity and comedic moments. if you can handle blood and guts and body horror vfx, you need to watch this film. i would say that the first watch felt very long, but watching it again definitely gave me another perspective.
