It seemed like a good idea at the time. Spice was like no other delicacy I've ever ingested. However, it did not agree with me and now I have several holes burned through all my areas of vitality.
i know protein pasta and stuff is different than regular, but why canβt i boil the heck out of this and get an okay texture? i already donβt like al dente and 20 minutes did nothing π

- sweat down chopped white onions
- roasted/charred and peeled red peppers (i sometimes also mix red and yellow peppers), then chopped and added to onions
- add double cream
- blend
- add grated pecorino (best type of pasta to use with this is trofie) so tasty & light, yet unique. dare i say, better than napoletana (tomato) sauce.
