The ginger shot is ether a miracle or the best placebo ever (doesn’t matter to me as long as I feel better) - you do not need a juicer to make ginger shots- just a blender. Combine ginger (don’t need to peel), honey, lemon, and cayenne pepper- blend and strain. bottoms up.

I feel like growing up every band or musician besides super huge pop stars was just normal looking. Not weird in a cool way and not perfectly curated. Just actually weird or actually normal. I miss that. Everyone is too hot now. To quote Silver Jews,
