@JOSH_EXE i think of it less as self care and more as being a good friend to yourself. along the samic logic, don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to a good friend. you wouldn't tell your friend that they need to get their shit together: you love them and you know they are doing their best. you owe the same level of grace to yourself
