allowing yourself the space to grow and make amends with whatever emotional or spiritual baggage you may or may not be carrying is such a powerful feeling. learning to pour love back into oneself is a radical and necessary act! easier said than done of course but whew itβs nice to remember that we are all worthy of solace and joy and if we can actively show up for others because they deserve it we can learn to do the same for ourselves.
