If they’re cussing just to cuss it leaves a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. If it’s done the right way it can be quite amusing to see

Cussing as a kid is meaningless if there isn't a taboo to be broken. Kids cussing without thinking that it's funny or exciting is super bleak.

I think it’s fun to have other alternatives to cussing too. I just thought of saying cuss instead of the actual words because I just watched Fantastic Mr. Fox, and that’s something they do in the movie. there’s a scene with Mr. Fox and Badger having an argument that includes a lot of that, and I love that scene. I also appreciated the use of cluster-cuss. it has fun alliteration to it. I‘m also fond of using older exclamations, like fie. this all isn’t because I’m against cursing. it’s because I like some of the creativity of it and that it is different since it can get tiring using the regular curse words. plus, after a while it can feel like it’s starting to lose its meaning

Or in the polite company of acquaintances. Was going off about something recently to my hairstylist who is like a surrogate father to me and said ‘fucking’ as a filler word in a sentence and I was so shocked and appalled at myself. I try to keep my podcast pretty clean too

I first discovered them as a kid on Disney Channel. Ross on Austin & Ally was honestly my trans awakening. With R5 they were everything I wanted to be when I grew up, they were just the sweetest kindest souls I had ever known and I looked up to them. And now it’s been over 10 years and I still love them, I still get nostalgic for R5 and miss them everyday. The Driver Era just isn’t the same </3
