Yess!! I’ve been thinking about this so much recently, ageing is a privilege not a guarantee and after losing so many people around me in the past year, I’ll take every year and every wrinkle with so much gratitude because how dare I complain about something as mundane as a grey hair.

god yes. it hurts me so bad when my mom always talks about getting botox and how she hates looking older but she’s really the most beautiful woman i’ve ever met. i try to tell her that not everyone has the opportunity to age, but it doesn’t matter to her. if i ever have kids, i’ll never complain about my wrinkles and my crows feet and my smile lines in front of them because i want to teach them that its such a beautiful thing to be able to age
