For sum context i’m a college student getting ready to transfer next year.
I really really fucking hate HATE customer service and all the other types of jobs that make me feel useless. It’s not the work itself, it’s not showing up, and it’s not even the coworkers. It’s the fact that this work makes me feel even more insignificant and meaningless. Like i’m just a body!!
I know that i’m not just that. I love working on creative projects, doing graphic design, working on photosets, and meeting new people. I just want to be able to meet my financial needs thru my actual skills and value i bring to the world!!!
It’s been killing me lately. I’ve been best down and dragged these past few months, but listen, I am so grateful to be doing SOMETHING. I just tell myself that it’s a blessin to have a job and to have a skill that will always have me employed. I wake up every morning dragging my ass and complaining but I’m so happy that I complain because I have a place to go where people depend on me. Life man gotta love it while you in it.
Im talkin relationships, situationships, broken bones, albums that are 30 minutes (pinkpanthress), shows SHOULD NOT BE AN HOUR LONG unless every minute is being used with GREAT intention, projects, your physical appearance. I gain so much more joy out of knowing that this one little thing was great and that there’s gonna be so many more different little things otw.
I think it’s just variety and a respect for personal time.
