discovered this new herb today and i put that shit in everything! i made a lemon thyme and vanilla bean creme anglaise that i poured over my roasted strawberries and peaches (had to throw some lemon thyme in there) and i also made a peach jam with lemon thyme, mint, olive oil, and maple syrup
