i find that sometimes u just need to put words on a page or in a doc even if it starts with "i don't know wtf i'm doing" bcuz u begin the ritual of thinking, feeling, sifting, observing and recording. and also giving urself the freedom to write in fragments, for ur entries to be non-linear and even nonsensical :) the pressure to produce a specific result is often what stops me before i start
