I've been following the shit happening with Bam lately and I forgot this movie exists with him in it for like a second. Its the 2fast2furious of skate movies.
Planet Terror by Robert Rodriguez and Death Proof by Quentin Tarantino double feature + extras. started at 10pm after a night of oysters & such on James Island, SC. Driving home after the end of Death Proof in pitch black in the palms/reeds with my friends was frightening and glorious.
lol jk - I did laugh a lot during that movie though. off the top of my head I think Anora is my fav movie of 2024 not cause itโs fresh in my mind but damn that ending wrecked me, it stayed with me. Anora was everything to me - full of depth, humor, style (the best execution of hair tinsel I ever did see), palpable sense of place, poignant & a great soundtrack. Iโve loved Mikey Madison since Better Things on FX so its amazing seeing her get her flowers
