I HATE doing promo with a PASSION (unless it's the fun kind where I make silly teaser videos that actually take effort) but I just put out a song! Started making it in December last year but just finished it last month for a school project. It's really influenced by Parannoul's 'To See the Next Part of the Dream' and Jane Remover's 'Frailty' as well as other things. Vocals are a bit rough since I'm not a great singer but other than that I'm pretty happy with it!

one of my favourite thinigs to do. for the last 2 years i never finished a solo project though, became a perfectionist, overthought a lot of things. this is the first thing ive finished since and it feels really good to have it up, even though i made it just to make it, produced the song in like 1 hour and kept it even though i think its mid because i just needed to get something out. (i promise i make better music) i didnt want to promote it, my friends dont know about it, but idk why it feels nice to put this here. i guess this is my perfectly imperfect video LOL. hopefully i make and share more things this year december 2024 through my eyes.

Shameless self promo. Been working on tracking my next release which is an LP that should be (hopefully) out before the end of this year. If you like dream pop, post-punk revival, jangle pop, math rock, and garage rock, this might be ur cup of tea. A good chunk of the music was written when I was in middle school/high school except for my EP Never Better, which was written when I was a freshman/sophmore in college with my old bandmates (my first collaborative release!). I honestly cringe listening to my old music now but I guess that just means I’ve become a better songwriter. The new songs sound so different and I can’t wait to share them. In the meantime, I’d check out Too Close for Comfort, D-emo, and Slow Days.

Because it’s my debut EP and honestly Iā€˜m aware that this may seem like it, but I don’t do self-promo ever. I’m sharing this here because I’m so happy that I released this (finally), and I genuinely think that the community would see themselves represented in this project (deep thinking, spending so long alone making art etc) it’s an ep that shares a mutable perspective of loneliness, love of all kinds, ambition and freedom - it is a mostly fictional tale set to music with an unreliable narrator. It also serves as a tiny tribute to literary, musical—artistic rebellion and innovation of the past. 100% self-produced, engineered etc I wanted it to feel as though you’re opening an old scrapbook, or a secondhand book and perhaps there are suggestions of it’s previous owner. Hopefully I delivered that discovering an ā€œartefactā€ experience. part one of a collection of music heavily inspired by and laden with symbolism from film and 'glamour meeting decay'. I’m so tired but so relieved that it is out now.
