yesterday was such an insanely long and busy day and i realized nike was onto something… i kept saying to myself “just do it” literally all day and it was exhausting but worked and i got a lot done
I REALLY did not want to workout today, but feel AMAZING after making myself do it anyway. If you learn to do that, you take control rather then waiting on motivation. So in case you needed to hear it today, just go and do the thing. You got this
for weeks i've had a basket of clean laundry sitting in my room waiting to be folded and put away. in my head i always figure i'll need at least 1-2 hours to fold and put clean clothes away. i finally did it today.
it took me twenty minutes.....
here's your reminder to do the thing you've been putting off. you'll feel kind of dumb about not doing it earlier lol.
i’ve been putting off calling the dentist and the gym for a week now…… i swear i mean to do it but every time i forget/don’t feel like it/ tell myself i’ll do it tomorrow
