This is me in a musical I did back in January! It’s called The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. In the show, we have audience volunteers come up and participate in the bee, and my mom (behind me) was picked. She sat next to me onstage and I was holding in the biggest guffaw of all time. She’s very supportive so that was a nice moment in my life that I like to come back to a lot.

Pretty sure I won't be getting an offer but I had a great time anyway. At one point I had to deliver a Shakespeare monologue as if I was a stand-up comedian. Really lovely being surrounded by passionate people, they worked very hard to make it feel like we were all on the same team.

I’ve never done it but I just got a standing ovation in the group chat for my portrayal of a tearful voicemail my friend received from her ex after a breakup in 2019 and painstakingly transcribed; then I did an encore performance of a dramatic reading of an offensive forum post she made when she was 11. so like idk if can’t be that hard

High school was so awesome. I did tons of extracurriculars, I did morning announcements, I got crownes Prom King, all that good stuff. Then I graduated and now I am the most bored I have ever been in my whole life. I’m glad I have myself figured out now because I sure as hell did not four years ago, but I still kinda feel the same dread that I used to feel all the time back in the day. Maybe I just need a car and a job 🗿

I’m sure you’ve read it at some point for a literature class or another, but it’s just so incredible. Not one unnecessary sentence.
