Yes, I have a dinosaur nugget pillow. Yes none of my blankets match my bed. And also yes, I like the way my room looks. We need to throw ourselves into everything we do/have. I'm tired of hiding myself. I like these! They might be ugly to you - but to me? A treasure you'll never understand tbh

having weird/not normal home decor has made me so much happier, look at these watch clocks i got from TJ MAXX, i also decorate my house for halloween like year round AND we have a burger table with burger container on top of it!!! this is so awesome!!!

β¨Lately I'm loving humble, homey vibes. Lots of pictures of small but thoughtfully designed kitchens with warm maple cabinets and yellow window curtains. Lots of crochet and hand-knit blankets and tapestries. Green couches and lots of plants. Gallery walls filling every inch with art and trinkets. Lots of cabins and A-frames. Lots of old bathrooms with fun colorful tiles. Overall vibes are that we're working with what we have and making it both look beautiful and feel like a hug.

πΊI feel like I've heard a lot of other countries hate travel, and then its like a 20 minute drive. As a small town nebraskan, I really love just going for a drive - no reason, just to see cornfields, sunsets, and whatever the weird people of America are doing. Β
Stopping at a rest stop in the middle nowhere has got to be so close to heaven.
