note my friend and i are going for our bdays+ will be at a music festival during the day (i will be 21 my last day there so do what you will with that info) 😭
Used to always invite all my friends for a picnic near a small lake, so we could swim too. But now I live in a city that has a weeklong free music festival that aligns with my bday. So I invite friends over for cake, then I invite even more ppl over to hangout at the festival. People join and leave whenever and Im surrounded by loved ones all day.
I don’t know if it’s a special weekend or something but I’m going to 3 different festivals today. A “fiber” festival for crocheters, a thrifting festival that’s basically 40 thrift stores in one market, and a bartender versus that’s a bunch of bartenders from local restaurants making competing cocktails and you get to rate the best one. More festivals!
