for the NYT i just use a random persons name every time and sign them up. Sorry betsy johnson, elizabeth banks, and all the other white lady names i add gmail.com to for free access

@LUKEBACKATIT yeah, it definitely depends on the type of paywall they use... if its just the pop up sort then it works (which is usually smaller operations like my local news or recipes lol), but if its an institution with real money then it probably won't work

@CHRONICWEBUSER but thats where the archive sites come in! ...you just might not be able to look at stuff the same day that they come out haha so I guess the only real satisfactory answer is revolution.
