PET SOUNDS BY THE BEACH BOYS, VERY LOUD

There is a level of volume where you can literally feel the music. Being enveloped in a song like “Don’t Talk” is like being hugged by the color yellow-green.
It’s a perfect album — emotional, nuanced, vibrant, transportive. Rest in peace, Brian Wilson.
