ngl I dont have mubi (im so jealous of ur free two months how did u get that from lb out of curiosity πŸ‘€) BUT ive been hearing for awhile a lot of david lynch's stuff is on there and it's better than what ive been doing (pirating twin peaks with my roomie) so def take advantage of that. I hear stuff like the substance, the house jack built, grand theft hamlet, and la haine are on there which are all things I have been meaning to watch for awhile now and hear are good so maybe try those :)

saw grand theft hamlet it was so interesting! i need to finish twin peaks still and i’ll have to check out those others. i did a one month for free a while back but they are running ads on letterboxd for 2 months free! i saw one under a review. so i just signed up using a different email and card LOL

Of course in honor of David Lynch, but my roommate has never seen it and the Elysian put on a season 1 marathon the other night with free coffee and donuts. a real win.

Twin Peaks
I think a lot of people get hooked on twin peaks before a lot of his movies. Twin peaks is probably goofier than his other films, and starts slow. But the characters are fun and it’s stylistically very cool. My favorite film of his is Wild at Heart (or Fire Walk With Me - but watch the show first), but eraserhead & blue velvet are David Lynch staples of movie-watching.

geniuenly it is so good. they have a random article generator, guess what happened today in history game on the app, and a feature which let's you make lists for all the articles you find :)) good way to learn, get off social media, and cure boredom!
