Plan little trips, add your flight & lodging info, make lists of all the stuff you want to see, assign things to specific days, attach pdfs of tickets & other important travel docs--genuinely such a good app
the best website / app for travel-planning and itineraries! i use the free version but would consider using paid if i traveled for fun more frequently. you can use as many or as few of the features you’d like, so it’s great for both rigid planners and people who just want a general idea of what they want to do each day
features i love: web and mobile versions; can add all different ideas of places to a “places to visit” list then divvy them up by day; upload plane/train tix and hotel reservations; gives “recommended places” based on what you’ve saved each day; visual map of your routes (color-coded by day); estimates for driving, transit or walking times btwn each stop; hours/websites are uploaded for most places; allows adding times and cost per place
example shown is my itinerary for the day i went to auvers-sur-oise last year :)
(yes this is j an excuse to flex my travels)
an app where u can track where u go and post photos and give recommendations and write abt your experiences and u can see your friends travels on there it’s like a travel journal love itttt
Our ancient interspecies partners, now orphaned in exile. Have you ever seen a pigeon nest? They need us. We will need them. How are you going to send letters to your best friend when society collapses? Better get a pigeon now and start training.
I'm partial to the classic Rock Dove style but look at their range! So many colors, shapes, frills. On the way home from the allergist this morning I saw three pigeons bathing in a dirty puddle. They're just out here scraping by like the rest of us.
sometimes you just need to watch dudes who are friends hanging out and doing mild dude stuff. especially if those friends are john lurie and willem dafoe
I'm so tired of everything being on my phone. Give me something to hold. Give me a tangible memento. These were for a gift, but now I'll do it for every show I go to.
