i had 1 sip of redbull in high school, and have tried friendsā vapes like 2ish times but thatās it! it originally was because of the substance/ caffeine level itself because of the fearmongering in school as a kid (justified reasoning, wrong approach)
then in college i drank lots of coffee and partied a bunch and smoked the occasional cig and was fine, so my thinking evolved to seeing it as just kind of ridiculousā¦ i think if youāre going to consume caffeine or nicotine just have coffee/ tea or a cig like god intended. to me, vape = nicotine pacifier

Cutting back on cigarettes. They work! I can smell, taste, and breathe much better. My brother gave me one and I was like āOh, sure Iāll try it!ā Wow. I think I destroyed my smoking habits. Nicotine may live within me, but with this new stim-techā¦ Cheers to vapes! You have negatively impacted the youth (Bad vape! Bad!), but you have helped me stopped smoking cigarettes.

I quit smoking, after having smoked since age 14, by vaping. Of course I then became a juul fiend and was vaping more than I ever smoked in the first place. I then switched to zero nicotine vapes as when your body is craving nicotine you can trick it into a placebo by the action of vaping. These ripple herbal vapes arenāt super sweet like elf bars are, and theyre not full of loads of chemicals. After a couple weeks of 0% herbal vaping I found I just didnāt crave it anymore and so I didnāt buy a new one and I haven't since. Itās been over a year. Highly recommend!
