Pesto pasta chicken salad! ingredients: pesto, rotisserie chicken, pasta (of your choosing), salad mix (I had baby spinach and arugula), Parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes. It cost me about 30 dollars but I got about 6 salads out of it + extra ingredients to add to whatever else I wanted to make so it may even help with meal planning. I hope this helps!!
