No, this is not Jarritos, although you couldn't be blamed for thinking it was.
From my brief research on the topic (reading the lable on the back of the bottle), Barrilitos is Coca-Cola's response to the rising popularity of Mexican soda brand Jarritos.
It isn't advertised as a Coke product, though it definitely is one.
As for flavor, it's pretty similar to how I remember Jarritos tasting. It's got a vibrant, sweet orange flavor. More natural than the likes of Fanta, but still notably NOT orange juice quality. This does use cane sugar though, which is a win.
It's a pretty standard citrus soda, not a whole lot to report here.
It was yummy though.
Rating; 8/10 Created and produced in Italy, Molecola gives a classic cola taste in a unique bottle.
It has less fizz than most American sodas and goes for a more natural, authentic flavor. I personally have gotten quite used to the high-sugar, extra-bubbly feel of American Coke, so I'd rather drink that, but Molecola is honestly quite good. (Yes, bonus points were awarded for the style of the bottle)
Fanta (8.666/10) • Taste: Way more robust than your typical orange soda (crush, sunkist, faygo, etc) but for the first time in my life I wish something I was putting in my mouth was more European. 7/10
• Fizz: almost too much but they know when to pull back on the reigns. Not perfect but the path to perfection is possible 9/10
• Color: Violently Orange, frankly not many sodas have maintained this eye straining brightness in the later early to mid 2020’s 10/10
Rating; 4/10 A mediocre addition to the Mountain Dew line, it's really nothing impressive.
It's too busy tasting sweet that it forgets to taste like dragon fruit, which isn't great, but maybe it'll grow on me.
I mean... I bought an entire case of it because I couldn't find an single bottle, so it better grow on me...
It disappointed me a little though, I love dragon fruit and was really looking forward to trying this.
I may have to tap that little "submit" button 20 times before it actually listens to me,
But I hope I make people smile by interacting with their fun little recs :)
Aw man the breeze is so nice, the sound of kids playing and adults chatting is a nice ambiance, and wow, it's so pretty out.
How come no one ever told me how relaxing it was to have your window open?
