added in some flash-boiled diced sweet potato into the braising chicken for the last 10 minutes of cook time, so they could absorb the sauce as they soften. also used jamaican browning in the marinade (which you can find @ local grocery) instead of caramelizing sugar. 8.5/10 hella recommend.
