I saw this majestic Dawn Redwood on an instagram story and DM'd: "I need to lay my eyes on this mf give me some clues.β They told me it was in High Park, a massive park in Toronto. There is only one sizeable body of water in High Park, so I biked a lap around it, scanning the shoreline for this bad boy. It took over an hour to find it. I then posted up on the bench beside it and read and watched the sunset.
There is this really huge tree that must be hundreds of years old. It has these giant branches that swoop down to about hip height. I like to climb onto this one branch lie back, the wind sways you about and you can stare up at the sky through the leaves.
