just eyeball it depending on how hungry u are β quarter bag of rice vermicelli noodles, cukes and carrots chopped into matchsticks, steamed shrimps dressing:
mix like 1 part peanut butter, 1 part hoisin, 1 part lime juice 1 part soy sauce, 1-2tsp of honey. Taste test and add more of whatever you think is missing (more honey if too limey, more soy/pb if you want more salty) top with hella cilantro (if you arenβt one of those cilatro tastes like soap freaks), hella chopped mint (smack it around a lil before u chop for extra flavor), and chopped peanuts for extra crunch
fresh spring rolls with peanut/soy sauce, vermicelli salad, etc. also a "fresh" potato salad with sliced potatoes tomatoes feta corn red onion and balsamic....perfection.
cold sticky rice, parboiled carrots and green onions, cucumber, baked tofu marinated in soy sauce and lemon, crispy chili oil, eaten on the porch while the sun set with my friends
literally dont even need a recipe, just throw in some garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, fry up, top w scallions BAM
eat with some sort of spicy tofu WOOP and maybe even some kimchi DOUBLE WHAM easy
