Like I'm just unable to swallow that way. Also double-jointed in my shoulders, am horrible at regulating my temperature, have mild tinnitus in both ears, and my mouth is too small for all my teeth
for some reason i have to take the liquid into my mouth and let it sit there before i can allow it to traverse into my esophagus (swallow) … anyone else?
it's been cold as butt lately and idk if it's an oral fixation thing but letting my teeth chatter like a cartoon character relieves/distracts me of the pain of winter walks home
