For my clothes, I wash them every thursday or whenever my hamper gets full(whichever comes first). The only exception are my nicer pairs of pants, which I don't want to overwash. For sheets, towels, rags, I do it once per month.
Every weekend, I do one load for clothes, and then I do one load for towels (hand, shower, kitchen) + pillowcase. It's ritualistic. And soothing.

i wash my clothes (i don’t separate anything so this includes towels too lol) every friday morning but that’s just because that‘s when i run out of clean underwear. bedding i wash every other week!
I love doing laundry so much it's probably one of my favorite things to do everrrr. I get to turn off my brain and fold and sort. Nothing better! I do laundry once a week, including sheets and pillow cases. I'm kinda a germaphobe, everything needs to be clean all the time... I feel reborn after laundry day!
Everybody meet Tomato! (government name: Chloe) She is a very very shy but sweet little lady who is one year old. I already feel like we're kindred spirits because we both take a while to warm to people. She is currently sitting comfortably with the dust bunnies under my bed.
