One of my best and longest running groups is me, my middle school bff/ occasional frenemy, and the guy who we both had a massive crush on in eighth grade (after one date each we decided NEVER AGAIN). I seriously donât think there are two people who know me so well, i hope theyâre forever in my life
My current best friend and I have known each other for almost 10 years now, and we got along from the very first moment we met (she even made me a drawing that day, which I really appreciated).
But we also had other friends we were closer toâuntil one day, one of my best friends at the time started being homeschooled. We kind of grew apart, since she lives a few hours away and we couldnât really stay in touch because of our schedules.
Then my other best friend moved to the United States. So, I started spending more time with my now-best friend, and I love how we make each other laugh like total idiots.
my high school/early college gf is one of my best friends and will be forever. we had a wonderful friendship before we dated and after taking some time of no contact built back an even stronger platonic bond. especially since we were close during such formative years itâs been so rewarding to grow together - out of one form of connection and into so many othersâŁď¸ my other serious ex I may never speak to again before I die.
