for years iโve brought my headphones on every walk but recently been making more of an effort to be present in the moment in general. taking a wander and being able to listen to your surroundings makes the time feel more relaxed sometimes. love my tunes though just nice to choose mindfully !!
two women next to me on the train are having an insightful heart to heart. a guy behind me is clearly flirting with this girl and you can tell itโs mutual. we all have rich, rich inner lives :)
