not in a creepy way but just in the way that sleep transforms people into their most tender, childlike, hopeful, vulnerable selves. no persona, no armor. loving a person in that state is pure and wonderful.
Just recently bought and set up my Walkman (Sony walkman NWZ-S638F to be exact) and it's just magical. I wasn't around in the era that people regularly used mp3 players but I have come in contact with an iPod from time to time. I bought one because well I'm an avid cd collector with a player that doesn't work, which isn't ideal. Also I hate my phone, I hate TikTok and how much time i spend on it, and how little time I actually spend listening to my music without a distraction. Plus it's nice to listen to music I actually own rather than from a subscription. Still it hasn't stopped my doom scrolling on days off work, obvs. But i'm aiming to start working on myself fully before I begin my 2nd year of university!!!! Anyways here she is:
