I went on my balcony to plant a mint plant I got but little did I know a pigeon chose the pot as her nest PD: I did not know their eggs were THAT big wth
still can’t believe we domesticated pigeons and then abandoned them :( they’re avg life span shortened by like so many years 😭 justice for pigeons!!! may that lil egg be blessed
One of my downstairs neighbours had died some time ago and now it's a free real estate for a lot of pigeons. They are currently trying to conquer new territories. My cat is furious. My mother's nightgown became a victim of a pigeon's revange after she was trying to (peacefully) make him leave her balcony. It's a war and we know we've already lost it.
Anyway, this is my favourite couple, look at these distinguished birbs.
yesterday I went to my friends parents place to help him go through the stuff he still had there as his parents are moving, and he showed me a little nest some birds had made in the planter on their porch!!! I got to see them all sit up and open their mouths and wiggle. So lovely
there was a pigeon with a broken wing stuck on our balcony and we spent the day trying to get it on the ground. i filmed its journey and plan on making a stupid little vlog about it. my friend suggested we walk it down by getting it in the apartment and then in the elevator. i said that’s very stupid and she said its a smart idea. i gave up and started a 500 piece puzzle. she kept trying to get it up. after a while she got it up the balcony wall. scared and it dropped down. it survived. i haven’t finished my puzzle yet. a day well spent.
Whenever I’m getting ready I always have one of this guy’s videos in the background. The videos are super casual so it kinda feels like being on FaceTime, PLUS he’s relatable af tw: j*b
I talk to myself ALL the time, wether it’s in my own head or out loud.
After all the only person that’s with you at all times is YOURSELF, so might as well talk to your OG friend :)
