I’m visiting my extended fam, staying in my older cousin’s childhood bedroom for the night. Was neat to look at her bookshelf. She has a pristine copy of Middlemarch which made me lol.
I just took a sleeping pill and now I’m thinking about the nature of physical environments. Another entire ass complex human had an entire ass complex childhood here, and we descend from the same Irish immigrants. Heavy

For this reason I actually dont love *sleeping* in someone else's room too much. Feels incredibly invasive when I don't know the person well enough (she types from a stranger's bedroom bc her friend knew someone who would let us crash here)

If you have a couch, someone can stay there for a while, even a week or two… if you choose well, you can cook and play house with them and they’ll do dishes :—)

SHOULD BE EASY TO FIND IRL FRIENDS

There is no option to contact search like on most socials… would be neat to see which of your friends have accounts.
Also it would be cool to see users by location, especially for those who live in smaller cities.
