when i go lift i try to target one area in one gym sesh. like for example on a pull day i would do lat pull down and bicep curls, stuff like that. but since ur just starting i would just go and mess around with all the machines and equipment to see what u like to use and organize ur lifts around that
Just got back from the gym. How are you going to monopolize all the equipment talking about โIโm not done yetโ when youโre not actively using it?? Do your reps and sets and move on to the next
