definitely not a full meal but cooling and easy and good to get some vitamins in cut up a cucumber and then drizzle with sesame oil and toss with salt u can snack on it to give u energy and motivation to make the rest of ur meal hope u feel better soon🫶

This one has cucumbers, ginger, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, msg, chili flakes, soy sauce, fish sauce, Japanese miso bbq sauce, diced onions, and corn. I topped it with avocado and had a soft boiled egg.
