the sofa - wolf alice this song is so different from the first single but is also beautifully done, alongside a perfect music video, wolf alice rewrite north london forever!
go get that blade - bricknasty ballymuns finest have done it again! love love love everything this band have put out and it’s another great song for them!
mind loaded - blood orange ft caroline polachek, lorde & mustafa love all these artists so to hear all of them on the same track is unbelievable, so chill and a perfect song to work to.
shane & carmen (extended remix) - ezgirl yes this song is from the l word, yes it is a remix of the original theme song, yes it’s one of the best tv show remixes ever. no further notes or questions please.
the honeymoon - blossoms i’ve been re-listening to all of the blossoms stuff recently and this song really just stands out as a favourite, the line “you got into coffee weirdly quite late” plays a loop in my head all the time.
gossip - confidence man ft jade camp! fun! dance! who doesn’t love conman? who doesn’t love jade? this is a perfect match and they execute it perfectly.
blackout - turnstile after my blossoms re-listening period this month, turnstile took my fancy and this is just a absolute hit time and time again!
wet hair - audrey hobert this pop songwriter is a niche superstar in her own right, her past two singles got my attention but wow this song really got me, especially as a girl with perpetually wet curly hair 🥲
p.o.v - clipse ft tyler the creator, pusha t. & malice not sure if i’m the person to be talking rap recommendations from but look at this line up of artists on this song and tell me its not completely insanely genius.

⋆ *NEW* Joey Bada$$ vs. west coast beef - This was the most buns rap battle ever. there was like 20 tracks dropped within 3 days and there was maybe 4 good ones! the biggest beef was between the artists and picking good beats
⋆ @SENTRIES ~ Gem of the West - Recommended to me by Sentries themselves on this app last week! Overall i really enjoyed this album and jammed out pretty freaking hard to it! got a lot of Squid vibes but also just epicness. really liking the tracks code, cowboy's carcass, and red eye removal!
⋆ The Cure ~ Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me - I don't listen to the cure too much but when i do it's always so fire! honestly such a good album and by favorite of theirs (from my limited listening)
⋆ *NEW* Jane Remover ~ Supernova - I didn't even know there was gonna be a new Jane track today but here it is and its freaking fire. hopefully this means Revengeseekerz deluxe or something.....?
⋆ *NEW* Boldy James ~ Magnolia Leflore - was really excited for this project because the single was so fire, but it was mostly just pretty good. nothing stood out much excpet for the single but at least the songs are mostly enjoyable (unlike the past like 8 boldy projects)! thinking a solid like 6 or 7

first time listens: ⋆ *NEW* Flume & JPEGMAFIA ~ We Live In A Society - Been on repeat the whole week, really loving Is It Real and overall just really fun. probably around 8/10 ⋆ SPELLLING ~ SPELLLING & the Mystery School - I love Hard to Please (Reprise) its so beautiful! listened to it on vinyl a lot this week ⋆ Björk ~ Homogeneic - For some reason never listened to this particular Björk album, but it was so worth it. solid 9.5/10 and in my top 3 from her ⋆ Geese ~ 3D Country - Cameron Winter my goat. such a fun album i really liked it ⋆ Paris Texas ~ They Left Me With the Sword / a Gun (double EP) - Highly recommend, this is so fire, definitely one of my favorite rap projects of the year. infinyte and No Strings are actually amazing. maybe 8.5/10 for both of the EPs combined, but "...a Gun" was my fav of the 2 ⋆ *NEW* Model/Actriz ~ Pirouette - Just listened to this today, what a great record with some heartbreaking songs. got some heavy Xiu Xiu vibes on a couple tracks, i really loved Acid Rain. strong 8.5/10 for now but definitely planning to listen more ⋆ femtanyl ~ CHASER + REACTOR - Listened to these 2 EPs after a friend's rec, they were super fire and so groovy. M3 N MIN3 has goat feature alert (Danny Brown). loving both of them, for sure gonna listen to more from her!
