I just ate one bag of sour skittles and I’m not proud Of it. walked into a deli and went str8 to the counter, did not even pretend to look for something else Just said lemme get these boss, thanks a million. now feel like crap and I’m not gonna be able to sleep. my advice is: u are better off eating a burger-type situation because then you will be strong and ready for the day

specifically when it’s 7 in the morning and you’ve been up for 4 hours thinking about whether you’re going to be alone forever and if you hate your roommate and about whether or not you’re depressed. eat a little square of caramel. you will still have all the other problems but you will now also be eating a caramel. so it’s a little bit better.
