Was blessed with a car with a cd player and started taking advantage of it. The radio nowadays can be so bland and hard to find something you wanna listen to so having a choice is always fun. Burning your own cds also adds to the fun.
no hate to vinyls though, i just have a rlly small room where it can't fit a vinyl player (๏ผโฒโ`) i was huge on buying albums (kpop groups, bands, or other artists i generally liked) so i have a large catalogue of cd albums laying around our storage (can't play back then since our only cd/dvd player broke) BUT i've been listening to 'em nonstop when i got my first car (which has a cd player since it's an older model) and there is just something magical about popping in a cd for some reason...
you'r playlists will outlive you and this is a way to keep the songs you love alive! did it for the first time last night and its super simple, just get a cd drive and blank CD-Rs and then go to town on windows media player with mp3 files and click burn and BOOM cd with like 25 songs YOU want to listen to. awesome investment that should not be overlooked!!
I have the CD of my favorite album in my car and I listen to it sometimes. I could listen to the music off my phone but doing it from a physical disk is way more fun
Got a new drum machine last week. Itโs been fun to mess around with. Itโs a clone of the famous Linn Drum that you can hear on tons of songs that were made in the 80โs.
Nobody tells you how fun these things are to use. Makes cleaning floors 10x easier and adds some fun to it. Whether itโs a walk behind or a ride-on itโs always a good time.
