breakfast, lunch, dinner - doesn’t matter. ideal for whenever the heat is unbearable. been eating them with tofu kan, cold pickles, and some form of green on the side for a bigger meal.
sesame paste, peanut butter (optional but it adds a nice sweet edge), soy sauce, freshly grinded garlic (as much as you'd like) mix with a little hot oil or hot noodle water (from boiling noodles). Chilli is optional too. That's the noodle sauce. Mix in boiled noodles. Serve with chilled sliced cucumbers or other crunchy veggies of choice (carrots, beansprouts etc.) EDIT: Adding in a link to a legit recipe, but once you get your sauce base down, you can experiment with adding/removing components.
i think some people find it annoying and impossible to engage with, but i am just brimming with strange vivid dreams that at times feel more real than anything in my waking life.they’re integral to my own understanding of myself, and i want others to understand me too!! dreams can be so full of meaning (most times), and i love hearing about other people’s dreams as well.
watermelon, blueberries, cucumbers, feta, spring onion, dill, mint, olive oil and salt. she’s not the prettiest but she’s sooo bangin on a hot day.
