When I was in my late teens / early 20’s I had perfect skin and liked to flippantly claim my secret was “not washing my face.” While that didn’t age well (lol), there’s definitely something to leaving your skin alone as much as possible and treating it with gentle natural products. I am obsessed with this 100% natural and beyond organic skin care company called Living Libations. It has the best hippie graphic design and packaging I have ever seen, and some of the best smelling products ever. My favorite products are the Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever, the Scalp Tonic, the Ozonated Dew Dab, and the oral care products.

I forget where or how I discovered this stuff. Probably when I went down a deep dark rabbit hole on skin care tik tok during the pandemic. But this stuff is my favorite thing ever to use on my lips (which are always always so chapped it sucks). I think the brand is from Australia - and they just have the exact science down. It's kind of like vaseline but contains papaya which is really good for cleaning and healing wounds. But it makes my lips feel so smooooth and soft and I'm obsessed with lathering this shit on like there's no tomorrow!

I think the joy of candy is akin to the joy of nicotine, or the joy of going viral. While these dopamine hits may not be conducive to a traditional steady and meaningful life I think it is important to know where you are and meet yourself there. My favorite lollipops are See’s vanilla lollipops and the carmel and green apple lollipops. I also like mallow cups, nerd ropes, three musketeers, payday’s, justin’s peanut butter cups, licorice yorkie dogs, peach gummies, hamburger and pizza gummies, and chocolate. When i eat chocolate i feel like a woman.
