I am very into indulging these days, and not in the spending money kind of way, but in the making delectable things at home kind of way. Cafe Mutton has some of the best food around, but this crepe recipe is the only one I have the confidence to try at home. These crepes are buttery, syrupy, salty and delicious. I make them most weekends and weeknights. Recently I tried cooking the crepes in olive oil instead of butter—a culinary masterpiece if I do say so myself.
