My mom is a fitness and nutrition coach. She says light beer is better for your metabolism than any mixed drink, even a soda water-based one. In her words, "any alcohol slows down your metabolism because your body has to work off the toxin (alcohol) before it can work off carbs and fats." I don't totally understand it, but she's suggested that I stick with light beers. My favorite is Bud Light, but I’ll take Coors Light in a pinch.

it hits the spot! i normally just wanna be drinking all day, but i can't tolerate being drunk so often in my 30s...soda? too sugary. mate? has caffeine. water? lame. an alcohol-free beer is refreshing, tastes great, and it can even placebo your brain into getting lit without the pain of a hungover.

My ex showed me this excellent reality tv show from 2007. In the show, 8 nerdy guys receive training from a master pickup artist (named Mystery), then implement their training in a series of field tests, where they go to bars and try and hit on real women. You can watch it via the link below. https://rumble.com/c/c-1660892 https://rumble.com/c/c-1660892

I was visiting my friend genius in Cobble Hill. I needed a quick bite to eat, and I didnt want to spend a lot of time or money of lunch. I am broke and busy! I walked past this place and knew immediately that it was what I was craving! I ordered a chicken pita, a coffee, and a baklava. Everything was delicious. I want to try the meat pie but I wasn't hungry enough this time. Next time I visit Mitch I will try the meat pie. I hope everyone reading this is having a great Tuesday.

I’m a longtime fan of Porches. I’ve seen at least 10 Porches shows. I got to open for Porches once and I’ve become friends with many current and former Porches band members over the years. I know the Porches full discography pretty well and I think that this song, along with the full band live performance of it is Porches’ magnum opus. Exciting stuff for a Porches super fan like myself.
