i’ve been very unhappy with my weight gain and lack of drive to lose it. i used to be in shape and an athlete and now i am exhausted walking up the steps. i’ve been taking walks and have been more active but am now considering a form of safe fasting because my biggest issue has been food intake. i *love* to eat. trying to share in hopes of being held accountable (by myself by making it known). sigh.

I have been on a health buzz and have been working hard on healthy eating and exercise, such as walking a lot. I love bush walks (hiking, camping, outdoor shit). i have lost 33kg in past few years due to changing my lifestyle (not abusing drugs and alcohol)

not only does my blood sugar remain steady through my workout, but I trick my animal brain to associate the gym with sugary sweetness, which noticeably lowers my motivation barrier! thank you pavlov the dog for your hard work

It has so many purposes. For some reason it cures any weird thing that appears on my skin. I know its antibacterial but feels like a miracle for anything nefarious. also if your sink smells bad throw some down there it’ll help.
