I quit caffeine a few years ago, but now I’m addicted to BONES. Truly so good though. When I don't have time to make my own, these things are my lifeline. 10g of protein so a reasonable breakfast.
Bone broth doesn’t always taste great but if you mix in cocoa powder, cinnamon, sea salt and honey with foamy milk on top…hot diggity… plus it’s like 35 grams of protein
i haven’t eaten meat in over a decade and not sure if i will anytime soon, but i recently started including bone broth in my daily routine and cut out my second cup of coffee and feel like i‘m finally getting the right amount of protein and have felt a boost in energy in strength?! v cool. this must be how gwenyth paltrow feels every day #goop
My goal is to be the happiest old man I can be, and thinking this way also makes me take better care of my body. If I have to make a tough decision, I ask myself what will be a cooler story to tell grandkids, and that seems to steer me in the right direction.
